A passion for transformative experiences

I am a certified Executive & Team Coach (PCC) and a Leadership Trainer. I have participated in the design of the Richemont Successful Manager Program (SMP), facilitated over 100 sessions, coached more than 100 managers using a strengths-based approach, and created team development workshops combining the CliftonStrengths assessment and the LEGO® Serious Play® method.
I coach leaders from Fortune 500 organizations across various industries to translate increased self-awareness into lasting sustainable impact, authentic and strong leadership presence. I support teams in improving the way they communicate and collaborate, leveraging tools such as DISC Insights. I also help them create the conditions for sustainable performance using systemic team coaching models.
Before becoming a professional coach, I spent 25 years managing and leading people of different nationalities and cultures in a world-leading FMCG company—a complex, fast-paced corporate environment. In my role as a coach, I bring an in-depth understanding of the pressures leaders face, strong business acumen, deep expertise and care in people and team development.

Philippe went to Eastville Comedy Club in Brooklyn to learn what corporate training doesn't teach: radical vulnerability. After years leading strategic transformation—in Big Four consulting and as founding CEO of Julhiet Sterwen Switzerland (built from zero to 20 consultants)—and parallel success producing music for Warner, Sony, and Bertelsmann, he realized most leaders master strategy but struggle with authentic presence.
So he trained in standup comedy and performed live at Eastville Comedy Club in Brooklyn, NYC. What he learned on that stage now shapes how he coaches: timing, reading a room, recovering from failure with grace, and the courage to be fully human.
Philippe's methodology is holistic and trauma-informed, certified in executive coaching, the Gabor Maté trauma model, Gallup strengths-based development, nonviolent communication, conflict management, and somatic breathwork. He works on the full system: mind, body, emotion, and behavior.
Having navigated his own intergenerational war-related trauma through somatic work, Philippe brings uncommon steadiness when holding emotional complexity. He knows what it means to transform pain into presence—and helps leaders do the same.
Based in Switzerland and fluent in French, English, and German, he teaches leadership masterclasses across luxury, media, utilities, and healthcare, designing master-programs followed annually by more than 200 managers and senior leaders.
