For more than 25 years, I moved through demanding international environments, at the heart of the challenges of leadership, performance and transformation. I know their tensions and their trials: deciding amid uncertainty, carrying others forward and sustaining performance over time.
Today, I help leaders and teams to better understand how they work, to draw on their strengths and to identify what limits their impact. We work at once on behaviours, emotions and the body's signals, so as to develop greater lucidity, regulation and freedom of choice in high-stakes situations.
I like to go beyond the symptom to surface the patterns that shape a decision, a relationship or a team's dynamic. Then to turn that understanding into observable change: a truer bearing, franker conversations, clearer decisions, a greater capacity to handle pressure and stronger working relationships.
Most leadership problems come down to something other than competence. What is missing is harder to name, and invisible to those in the room. I read what is at play under pressure, and the gap between how we see ourselves and how the room receives us.
This work runs through the body too, and through our capacity to know ourselves. When words reach their limit in expressing what is happening, it is precisely there that I feel useful, for I sense it and can put it into words that resonate.
Twelve chapters that cover every current method of leadership and impact, to make you a better version of yourself: from self-knowledge through to methods you can apply the very next day.
All the secrets and tools of management are distilled within, so that no method remains a mystery to you.
Here you will find what the manuals usually leave unsaid: the real scenes, the deft touches, the trainer's experiences both good and bad. Theory serves practice, always.
